When we met with AABB to discuss the benefits of an accreditation management system, we had them first tell us, in detail, their laboratory accreditation process. From onboarding a new customer to delivering the official certificate. We brought a representative from each department in to talk about their role in this process, and, at one big table, we walked through the steps.
We are partnering with the American Association of Blood Banks (AABB) to implement an accreditation management system that will save their organization, assessors and clients a ton of time. During their 2016 Annual Meeting from October 22-25 our team will be onsite to show off the system debuting in spring 2017.
